Marketplace service

Malda.Cloud Property provides a platform for publishing and discovering property advertisements. The platform is not automatically a party to any rent, sale, lease or brokerage transaction between users.

User responsibility

Users must provide accurate information and must have the legal authority to advertise a property. Misleading, duplicate, unlawful or incomplete listings may be rejected, suspended or removed.

Independent verification

Customers must independently verify identity, ownership, title, property condition, approvals, RERA details where applicable, price, deposits and contractual terms before making payment or signing an agreement.

Membership and payments

Paid plans may provide listing limits, validity and promotional benefits. Payment status is subject to successful gateway verification. Refund terms should be published separately before accepting commercial payments.

Administrative rights

The platform administrator may review, edit, approve, reject, expire, feature, suspend or remove listings and accounts to protect customers and maintain service quality.

Limitation

The platform does not guarantee property availability, ownership, condition, customer authenticity, transaction completion or investment returns.
